Elsa was born in Lebanon, grew up in Europe, and attended law school in Paris where she obtained a master’s degree in private international law. She then moved to the United States where she earned a Master of Law degree in International Legal Studies from the American University’s Washington College of Law. Elsa was selected for inclusion to the Rising Stars list in the New York Metro area by Super Lawyers in 2013 and for six consecutive years. The Rising Stars list recognizes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in their field of practice in each State. She was selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list in 2020. The Super Lawyers list is an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of attorneys in the New York Metro area receive this distinction.
