How To Respond To RFEs

When the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services issues a Request For Evidence (RFE) regarding pending petitions for permanent residence, citizenship or work visas, it is imperative to adequately respond and to provide sufficient evidence to ensure that the petition or application is approved.

An RFE is an indication that the USCIS needs more information to adjudicate. The Law Offices of Elsa Ayoub, P.L.L.C., advises clients regarding the substance of the response to be submitted to obtain an approval of the petition or application.
